An update to the output of this conference - 3 February 2026

Abstracts of all authors who are registered to present their work at ICRS 2026 will be published in the ICRS 2026 Book of Abstracts. published in the ICRS 2026 Book of Abstracts. While earlier communications mentioned the possibility of proceedings, we have since decided to focus on the Book of Abstracts as the primary publication for this conference. This ensures a timely and high-quality record of all accepted contributions. To ensure accuracy, you may submit minor corrections – such as punctuation or grammar adjustments – by Monday 23 February 2026.

After this date, the book will be finalised. The publication, after the conference has taken place, will include registration in PURE, a Research Information Management System, and a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), a permanent link that ensures this Book of Abstracts remains accessible and citable.

If you feel it is essential to update your abstract – for example, to correct minor errors – please send the minimally adjusted version to student-assistant-4tu-re@utwente.nl, preferably in MS Word, or in PDF format. We kindly ask you to submit updates only if necessary, as your abstract has already been accepted and no further action is required from your side. Track coordinators are currently finalising the programme for each track. Your originally submitted abstract will be incorporated as a PDF file online, allowing all participants to easily access and review abstracts of interest during the conference. No further submission or action is needed unless you wish to make minor corrections by the deadline above.
